Tickle Toes for babies. Parents and carers are encouraged to bring along their babies and join the fun, singing nursery rhymes, learning some new ones and rediscovering those long forgotten.
Birth – 16 months
Tickle Toes for toddlers who have found their feet and need a little more action. The theme is still rhyme and rhythm but with lots of activity for toddlers and adults alike.
16 months – 3 years
Tickle Toes for pre-schoolers, who are encouraged to sit down for short spells and listen to exciting stories, but there will still be time for some favourite rhymes and songs too.
3 years – 5 years
Help build confidence and self esteem in a relaxed informal environment.
Research shows that sharing songs and rhymes from birth helps stimulate language development.
Please do not be put off by the ages listed. These are given as a guideline only to try and reduce the possibility of small babies being trampled by unsteady toddlers. Siblings are welcome at any session.
